Careers -- Accu-Fab

Fabricator – Welder

Performs fabrication, welding, and assembly of raw materials, sub-components, and finished goods.

Robotic Welder

A robotic welder is a type of welding machine that a person must operate via controls. The robotic welder fabricates metal products by joining together component parts of steel, brass, aluminum, stainless steel.

Assembler

Performs assembly of raw materials, sub-components, and finished goods.

Laser Operator

A Laser Operator is responsible for operating the machine and devices used for laser purposes. They do the engraving and cutting of the metal parts of the laser device. They set up and adjust the machine lens to meet the correct specification.

Press Brake Operator

Press Brake Operators are responsible for interpreting the blueprints and operating the machine to produce a quality part per specifications. Also needs a strong understanding of measuring devices to hold tight tolerances.

Production Painter

The production painter operates a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products. Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results.

Quality Technician

Quality technicians are responsible for conducting testing procedures during manufacturing processes to ensure that products comply with quality standards.

Engineering

Create, develop, analyze, and maintain product design in accordance with customer need, utilizing modern manufacturing methods and in accordance with all acceptable codes and standards.

Careers -- Superior Tooling

CNC Machinist

Operating and programming milling machine(s), lathes, EDM (both Wire and Sinker), ID/OD Grinding to complete work-steps of a manufacturing order.

Injection Mold Operator

Set up and operate machines that shape plastic or other materials through a process called injection molding. Prepare the machine for each production run.

Design Engineer

Create, develop, analyze, and maintain injection mold designs using Solid Works and other software in accordance with customer requirements, utilizing modern manufacturing methods and in accordance with all acceptable codes and standards.

Sales Support

Directs and coordinates Customer Service activities to meet customer and sales demands. Ensures effective training and goal setting for new and current Customer Service Representatives

Mechanical Assembler

As a Mechanical Assembler you will be responsible for the building, assembling, and wiring of Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Equipment such as LV Motor Control Centers, MV breakers, MV switchgear and Motor Control Centers, DC Electrical Vehicle Chargers and Solar Inverters.

Electrical Assembler

An Electrical Assembler is responsible for performing sub-assembly wiring and final assembly wiring duties on products for Low and Medium Voltage Electrical Distribution Equipment such as LV Motor Control Centers, MV breakers, MV switchgear and Motor Control Centers, DC Electrical Vehicle Chargers and Solar Inverters.

Inspector-Tester

The Inspector-Tester position is responsible for performing final inspection duties on products such as Low and Medium Voltage Electrical Distribution Equipment such as LV Motor Control Centers, MV breakers, MV switchgear and Motor Control Centers, DC Electrical Vehicle Chargers and Solar Inverters. This is a Final Inspection position on the assembly lines.

Welder / Assembler

A Welder / Assembler will be responsible for interpreting the blueprints to build the part to specifications. Once parts are assembled the Welder / Assembler will need to be able to weld out the stainless-steel part per specifications MIG or TIG weld. This includes knowing machine settings and being able to weld at a high cosmetic and structural level in all positions.

Procurement

Procurement involves every activity involved in obtaining the goods and services a company needs to support its daily operations, including sourcing, negotiating terms, purchasing items, receiving, and inspecting goods as necessary and keeping records of all the steps in the process. To work in procurement the candidate seeds to have a strong understanding of the company’s parts and how they are produced. They would also need to be well spoken, with strong negotiating skills to communicate with the company’s venders. Lastly, they would need to be well organized to keep up with all vendors and due dates.

A parts coordinator maintains a stock of spare parts, quotes prices to customers, manages backorders, and maintains vendor relations, including ensuring invoices, shipment slips, and other billing issues are taken care of promptly.
